Even those who believe they are strong interviewers should consider taking interview training. This is because (1) even if you feel you are performing well in your own mind, the actual interview may not go as smoothly, and (2) your self-assessment does not necessarily align with the interviewer’s evaluation, making it extremely valuable to understand the interviewer’s perspective and criteria (in other words, the difference between subjective and objective views). I also believe that receiving training makes it possible to prepare far more effective anticipated Q&A.
